Join our 8 week program with an emphasis on self care, designed for everyone including first responders, front line workers, doctors, nurses, social workers, teachers, parents, retired people and more. Program consists of 8 weekly 2.5 hour sessions, guided audio meditations, half day retreat on Saturday, July 24.
