Course Description:
Eight 2.5 hour sessions, one Saturday Retreat, and a one hour Orientation
Monday Evenings 6:30-9 pm CT
Participants receive 29 hours of group instruction, downloadable MBSR Workbook that includes: daily at-home practice guidelines, reflection journal, and mindfulness activities
Program fee: $595
Class size is limited
All orientations, classes and classes are on-line. The Retreat has hybrid options. More details given in class.
