A Journey with Mindful Self-Compassion. Caring for others without losing yourself. 


We teach science-backed skills to navigate the challenges when you are caring for a loved one or in your profession. It can be exhausting, lonely and filled with fear of the unknown. It can also be rewarding. You may feel alone, isolated, and sad. All very Human feelings. Research shows that self-compassion skills benefit caregivers and health care professionals. They are better able to deal with stress, maintain compassion for those they care for, and build emotional resilience. Regular practice of self-compassion skills can support caregivers avoid burnout, heal themselves, and maintain a good quality of life.

The good news is that these skills can be learned and added to a daily practice of caring for oneself. Self-compassion is a foundational part of good mental health and hygiene. Learn the science behind self-compassion.

When: Wednesday evenings.

February 25-April 8, 2026.

5 pm PT, 6 pm MT, 7 pm CT, 8 pm ET

60-minute class, 15-minute practice session, total 75 minutes.

Fees: $425. $375 if registered by February 14. Think of it as an act of self-care.
