Join Lisa Patterson Raterman, BSN, RN CCRN for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class.

 

Course Description:

  • Eight 2.5 hour sessions, one Saturday Retreat, and a one hour Orientation

  • Monday Evenings 6:30-9 pm CT

  • Participants receive 29 hours of group instruction, downloadable MBSR Workbook that includes: daily at-home practice guidelines, reflection journal, and mindfulness activities

  • Program fee: $595

  • Class size is limited

  • All orientations, classes and classes are on-line. The Retreat has hybrid options. More details given in class.

  • All are welcome.

  • Monday Evenings. July 1- August 19, 2024, 6:30-9 pm CT

  • Orientation: Monday, June 24, 2024, 6:30- 7:30 pm CT

  • Retreat: Saturday, August 10, 2024, 9am-4pm CT

Lisa’s MBSR class didn’t fill the hole, but it helped me understand it and live more comfortably with the slings and arrows that visit from time to time. It was so simple, but so profound for a man who spent so much time and energy searching for bliss, achievement, security and respect.
