Course Description:

Join our 8 week program with an emphasis on self-care and being kinder to oneself. Is your self-talk motivating, or harsh? Studies show that we are more productive when we are kinder and more understanding with ourselves. MSC is proven to help the state of mind in personal and work life by addressing emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, and overall self-esteem. Research has shown that MSC has a positive impact for work life balance in many fields, including first responders, front line workers, doctors, nurses, financial services, social workers, teachers, attorneys and therapists. MSC positively impacts mindsets in parents, retired people, those with chronic pain, ability challenges—seen or unseen; all are welcome, please Join us. Program consists of 8 weekly, 2.5 hour sessions, guided audio meditations, and a half day retreat.
