This retreat is designed especially for those who have already experienced Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and want the time and space to deepen their practice. For four days, you’ll step away from the pace of everyday life to a secluded environment supported by nature, nourishing meals, and a community of people who share similar intentions.

• Retreat center is on the North shore of Lake Mendota, 30 min from downtown Madison, WI.
• Guided mindfulness and meditation practice
• Gentle yoga and mindful movement
• Journaling and reflective time

• Periods of quiet and rest

• Materials Needed: Journals, yoga mats, comfortable clothing, and mindfulness resources (books, audio recordings)

Many past students find that after MBSR, life gradually becomes busy again. The practices remain meaningful, but the structure and community can fade. A retreat offers something different. It creates the time and environment to step back, slow down, and return to the practice in a deeper way — supported by nature, nourishing meals, and a community of people who share similar intentions. If that speaks to you, this retreat may be exactly the pause you’ve been looking for.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Let us take care of the logistics. Included in the retreat package is four days of mindfulness coaching and programming, three meals each day cooked by the onsite chef with many ingredients grown on the property, private accommodations and access to the surrounding trail system on 130 acres of private land.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend, let us know more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will credit any workshop fee and/or room charge to the next retreat at the same location.
