1 - Almost Never 2- Occasionally 3- About Half the Time 4- Often 5- Almost Always
As a rough guide, a score of 24-64 for your overall self-compassion score indicates you are high in self-compassion, 65-90 indicates you are moderate, and 91-130 means you are low.
